Funds will continue to be used to support additional staff salaries in accordance with Emergency Plan guidance, facility renovations and procurement of equipment needed to provide treatment, laboratory reagents, and service costs of supportive supervision. Advanced training in HIV clinical services will target 200 health care workers. TBD will continue to support adult and pediatric HIV treatment, PMTCT, HIV testing and counseling, and TB services, health worker training, monitoring and evaluation, laboratory and pharmacy activities. Key linkages within health facilities and between facilities and communities will be improved and expanded.
